1. DECEMBER IS THE BUSIEST MONTH OF THE YEAR AT DOUGH RAY ME.
We suggest putting your list together including names, addresses and item you want us to send to them as early as possible. IT IS NEVER TOO EARLY.
We process orders as we receive them. We will not put your order ahead of anyone else's.
It is NEVER too early in the year to place your order.
2. PLEASE HAVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION NEEDED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
If we do not have everything, shipment of your order will be delayed.
Information needed: Detailed Shipping Address with Telephone number, Detailed Billing information with Telephone Number and Email Address, Order Details (Packaging, Cookie Choice, Quantity, Note Card Details, and Delivery Date)
3. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDERS AT THE LAST MINUTE.
Any special packaging requests will have to be determined at time of order.

WE DO NOT TAKE AN EXTENSIVE ADDRESS LIST over the telephone.
Do NOT include credit card information. Please use an excel sheet or any other table format (columns: name, company, address, city, state, zip, phone number, E-mail (optional)).
Please look carefully at your list and double-check it for accuracy.
5. WE WILL HAND-WRITE YOUR MESSAGE ON a DOUGH RAY ME GIFT CARD or you may provide us with your own gift or business card.
Please make certain your cards are at Dough Ray Me at least 7 days before we are due to ship.
6. WE NEED A CONTACT PERSON.
We need a NAME and a telephone number and/or fax/email address. We cannot be responsible if no contact name is given and we are unable to fulfill the order.
7. WE WILL SHIP WITHIN THE USA ONLY.
We are able to ship overseas at other times during the year.
8 IF YOU PROVIDED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS and the package is returned to us, you will be notified.
We will NOT refund your money. If you want, we will provide new cookies at 1/2 price, however, you must pay the full price on shipping. If Dough Ray Me used an incorrect address, we will notify you and ship a new package at no charge to you.
9. YOU MAY ARRANGE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER PICKED UP at Dough Ray Me Bakery.
We are located at 335 West 35th St. 7th Floor, between 8th and 9th Ave. in Manhattan. We do hand deliver our products (must be noted at the time of order) and will incur messenger fee.
